7 nights / 6 days of skiing and exploring the beautiful slopes of the Dolomites

Arrival! Your meeting point is Pozza di Fassa. We will collect any rental equipment needed (ski, boots, helmet) from Gross Sport Pozza di Fassa (indicate in advance sizes / boots), collect your DS ski pass, enjoy our first dinner and fireplace presentation of the Dolomiti Superski with briefing of the program and conditions. Transfer to Vigo di Fassa, ascent to the Catinaccio ski area. Descend on skis to the center of the village of Pera di Fassa, short transfer and ascent to the Buffaure ski area for lunch at the Baita Cuz refuge. Afternoon skiing, return to the valley, dinner and evening in Pozza di Fassa. Following Day we will decide based on the best conditions in the area & the groups desires. Transfer to Passo San Pellegrino and climb with the chair lift to the ski area of Passo San Pellegrino. Visit the area with the long descent till the town of Falcade. In the evening transfer with snowmobile to the Rifugio Fuciade ~ dinner and overnight.

From Fuciade transfer to Canazei – Lupo Bianco, climb with the cable car to Passo Sella and starting the Sellaronda ( orange direction) to Gardena Valley and Badia. From Passo Campolongo descend to Arabba. Return for dinner and overnight at Rifugio Fuciade.

From Arabba directly climb with the cable car/ Porta Vescovo/Passo Padon, Malga Ciapela and cable car up and ski down 3 legs in Marmolada - Punta Rocca. Lunch at the Porta Vescovo Resort. Return to Arabba.Dinner and overnight in Arraba / Hotel Alpen Rose

From Arabba ascent to Passo Campolongo, transfer to Piz Sorega, descend to San Cassiano with detour to Armentarola and transfer by minibus to Passo Falzarego (duration approximately 20 minutes). Cable car to Cima Lagazuoi coffee-panorama stop, descent to Armentarola (light-lunch stop at the Scotoni Refuge) and spectacular return to horse- drawn. Dinner and overnight in Arabba. After breakfast, we travel to Venice for your onward travels / departure. exploring and lunch. After lunch, we make our way to Venice.

Yes! Sun Valley Guides guided programs do not require backcountry experience. You do need to be an intermediate to advanced skier with good fitness. If you’re joining a yurt trip, make sure to check the details of the climb into the yurt as distances and difficulty vary with each location.

All guests must read and sign a Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement prior to embarking on any guided trip. Be sure to read and sign the waiver prior to joining us in the mountains. You can find your waiver in your reservation confirmation.
